The Madison answer to the ultimate mountain bike jacket. The DTE Storm Jacket features a 3-layer waterproof fabric with sealed seams for total protection from heavy outbreaks of rain. Under the hard-wearing outer fabric sits a membrane with a waterproof rating of 20,000mm bringing heavy rain protection even while under a degree of pressure, such as wearing with a backpack. Waterproof zippers on the two hand pockets and napoleon chest pocket ensure valuables are also kept safe and dry. The adjustable 3D hood is cut generously to allow it to be pulled over a peaked helmet when carrying out road side repairs. The hood can be secured away safely when hitting the trail again to avoid the parachute effect.
