For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for items purchased after Monday 1st November 2021 returned unworn and in perfect saleable condition within its original packaging until Sunday 9th January 2022. Refunds will only be offered in accordance with your statutory rights (which remain unaffected). Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase.
