The Diverge 4 Sport Alloy – Shimano CUES brings serious gravel performance into a more accessible alloy package, while retaining many of the high-end traits of Specialized’s premium models. Built around a premium E5 alloy frame with internal routing and Future Shock 3.1 suspension, this bike delivers confident performance with forgiving ride quality. It also becomes the first alloy Diverge to carry internal SWAT 3.0 storage, giving you discrete tool and small-item capacity within the frame itself. With 50 mm tyre clearance, you’ve got room to run wide rubber for traction and comfort in mixed terrain.

Paired with the new Shimano CUES 1x11 mechanical groupset and hydraulic disc brakes, the Diverge 4 Sport Alloy offers a dependable, modern drivetrain and stopping performance without going fully electronic. The frame geometry is progressive — featuring a slacker head tube angle, a lower bottom bracket, and longer reach — to enhance handling and stability when pushing the bike fast over rough gravel.
