Tektro Racing Products (TRP) was founded in 1986 by three friends, Gary Chen, Leo Chen, and Aver Tsai, with the simple concept of wanting to create the highest quality braking systems available. What makes its braking systems and bike components so unique is the use of advanced production techniques, meticulous quality control, and exotic materials such as carbon fibre, titanium, and TT6 aluminium.
