Vitus E-Escarpe 29 VR Electric Mountain Bike

The E-Escarpe is an all-mountain eMTB designed for singletrack, after-work laps, and for those looking for a pedal-assist alternative to a standard trail bike. Its balanced geometry is a blast uphill and down, and its Shimano EP600 drive system is intuitive and can be tuned to suit the way you ride.

Closely based on our award-winning Escarpe trail bike, the E-Escarpe is powered by the grunty Shimano STEPS EP600 drive unit and a 630Wh battery. This motor system makes 85Nm of climb-eating torque and peaks at 250w of power — a capable tool in an all-mountain setting.

The E-Escarpe VR is built around Shimano’s Deore 11-speed drivetrain and a set of SRAM DB8 4-piston hydraulic brakes. The suspension is a 150mm RockShox 35 Gold RL fork paired with a RockShox Super Deluxe Select R shock with 140mm of travel in the rear. The rest of the kit is finished with WTB ST Light i30 wheels and Nukeproof components.
