The Electric C Line brings the same ‘go-anywhere joy’ the Brompton bike is famous for with the oomph and ease of electric. The Smart Pedal Assist knows exactly when to kick-in (smoothly). • Supercharge your day with the custom-made electric system developed with Williams Advanced Engineering. The compact250-W hub motor does the hard work for you. Hop on and choose from three levels of Smart Pedal Assist. Start your ride. Feel the torque. The fine-tuned sensor in the bottom bracket knows exactly when to start (smoothly) and ease off. Breeze through the city at speeds of up to 25 km/h (15 mph). Go and explore with a range up to 70-kilometres (45-miles) range.


• The compact Brompton Electric 300wh lithium-ion battery packs in the power. And when it comes to charging, it’s as easy as plugging in your phone. Remove the battery pack (2.9 kg including bag) with one quick click. Plug into any regular socket. Fully charge in 4 hours. Boost for less if you’re short on time.


• Put the power at your fingertips with the Brompton Electric app. On IOS or Android. Connect your phone and bike with Bluetooth. Mount the useful dashboard on your bars. Control your power mode, maximise battery life, extend your range and more. You can even charge your phone as you ride with the battery pack USB port.

• Frame: Precision drawn heat-treated steel tubing with hand brazing and selected auto-brazed joints


• Rear Frame: Hand brazed cold-formed micro-alloy steel tubing

• Rear Wheel: 28 spokes laced to a Brompton Wide ratio 3 speed internal gear hub combined with 2 speed external gears (13 and 16 tooth). Giving 6 usable gears and a 300% gear range.

• Tyres: 349 x 35C Schwalbe Marathon Racer. A puncture resistant tyre with a reflective sidewall.

• Pedals: Brompton Folding left hand and non-folding right-hand pedals


• Crank: (6061) forged aluminium crank with 54T chainring and integrated chainguard


• Chain Pusher: 2 speed chain pusher


• Chain Tensioner: Designed to deal with the large variations in chain whilst being folded and unfolded.


• Shifters: 2 and 3 speed Trigger shifters


• Bottom Bracket: Integrated sealed bearing with cadence and torque sensor
