The warranty begins upon handover of the new bike by the retailer to you as the end user.
If you need to assert your rights under this warranty, always contact the retailer from whom you bought your bike.
Warranty durations by bike category:
3 years for frames of category 5 bikes
5 years for frames of categories 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4
Excluded from the warranty:
Paint, decals, additional frame components, and bearings (in full-suspension frames).
