What is my order status?

Once we have shipped your order, we email you confirmation of despatch and provide a tracking number if shipped with DPD, DX or DHL. The email and the tracking information will provide further information on the ETA of your delivery. For more information on delivery please click here

Please note: You currently cannot track your order through your online account.

My promotion code is not working

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your promotion code, please ensure you enter the code correctly, checking you are taking into account that the site is case sensitive.

Please note: If you are using a Price Match code, this will only be valid for 3 days.

How do I cancel/amend my order?

In order to cancel/amend an order you will need to contact us directly.

I have not received my E-Gift Voucher?

E-Gift Vouchers are sent within an hour of purchase. Please check all your folders and inboxes including your junk folder. If you or the recipient of the E-Gift Voucher have not received the email with the voucher included, please contact us.


What is your returns process? (Can I return to a different Store?)

We offer a 90 days returns policy on items that are unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging and labels. Your order can be returned to any of our stores along with your proof of purchase, or to us via post.

We do offer Collect+ as a Return option through our Contact Centre, please give them call on 01293 574 900 and they will be happy to help.

How does Ride-to-Work work? Can I get a quote?

If you need a quote, one can be created for you in Store or over the phone with the Contact Centre.

What time will I get my order?

Accessory orders within the UK are delivered between 8am-7pm Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you choose our Saturday or Sunday delivery option, our courier will delivery between 8am-7pm.

If your order is being delivered by DPD, you will receive a 1 hour timeslot through text message.

Bikes orders within the UK will be delivered between 8am-12:30pm, our courier Tuffnells will contact you through email on the day of delivery with an estimated time of delivery.

International customers will be contact by DHL directly along with an email from ourselves, providing a tracking number.

Orders via postal services do not provide a time window or a tracking number.

Why can’t I have this item delivered to me?

Unfortunately due to restrictions put in place by our suppliers there are some products and brands that we cannot ship either outside of the EU/UK or must be collected from one of our UK stores.
