The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion
1. During the Promotion Period customers who make a Qualifying Spend either via the Promoter’s Website, App, in-store or via an in-store iPad, will receive a Voucher to spend on future purchases.
2. The Voucher will be issued to the Customer via the email address provided when making the Qualifying Spend on the Website, App or using an in-store iPad and will be issued on the latter of either (i) from 9th December 2024, (ii) dispatch of your Qualifying Spend order, (iii) when you have collected your Qualifying Spend order (for click and collect purchases), or (iv) within one month of the end of the Promotion Period.
3. Where the Qualifying Spend has been made in one of the Promoter’s stores, you will be issued the Voucher at the point of checkout.
4. All Vouchers are valid for 2 years from 9th December 2024.
5. The Promoter’s usual terms and conditions for gift vouchers apply to the Voucher in additional to these terms. to the Voucher in additional to these terms.
6. Vouchers can be redeemed on the Website, App, using an in-store iPad or in-store.
7. The Maximum Voucher Allowance shall be applied to your combined orders across the Website, App, using the in-store iPad and/or in-store throughout the duration of the Promotion.
8. If an order qualifies for a Voucher and one or more products within that order are later returned:
a. before the Voucher is used: then the Voucher will be cancelled should the total spend lower the Qualifying Spend enough to reduce the value of the Voucher to zero, or, a new Voucher will be issued in accordance with these terms if the Qualifying Spend is still met. You will be notified of such cancellation/replacement by email; or
b. after the Voucher is used: then the value of the used Voucher will be deducted from any refund amount relating to such return.

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion
1. As a Frasers Plus Credit Account holder, the Double Points shall be applied to your Frasers Plus Credit Account when you make a Qualifying Purchase within the Promotion Period. In order to qualify for the Promotion, you need to make a Qualifying Purchase through the Websites, App or in participating stores using your Frasers Plus Credit Account, and, at the point of checkout/purchase, the Double Points will automatically be added to your Frasers Plus Credit Account.
2. The Qualifying Purchase must be made within the Promotion Period.

6. Where a full refund of the Qualifying Purchase is processed within the Pending Period, you are no longer eligible for the Double Points, and they shall not be applied to your Frasers Plus Credit Account.
7. Where a partial refund is processed within the Pending Period, the Double Points shall still be applied to your Frasers Plus Credit Account.
8. Frasers Plus is a credit product provided by Frasers Group Financial Services Limited and is subject to status.
9. Any Missed payments on your Frasers Plus Credit Account may affect your credit score.
